This is due to yet another new contract being awarded and another year of growth within the business. As Mobile Plumber / Plumbing Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to all aspects of plumbing systems within both Commercial Properties, 2 roles available, duties will include anything from fixing leaks, replacing taps, filters, radiator repairs, TRVS etc as well as making good areas of works, so basic Carpentry, Painting and Tiling experience would be advantageous. You will need to be a qualified plumber with NVQ level 2 or 3 and ideally have previous experience of maintenance and repairs, although this company is open to good plumbers keen to get into maintenance.Skills such as basic carpentry, tiling, and patch plastering would be advantageous.
