About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our domiciliary care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver person-centred care in line with individual care plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication support, and daily living activities.
• Promote independence and emotional wellbeing of clients.
• Maintain accurate records and report any changes in client needs.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.

Person Specification:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years'' experience in a care role is essential.
• Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
• Driving: Not essential, but having a full UK driving licence is advantageous.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient with strong communication skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours and client needs.
