Duties Will Include Support day to day finance operations - ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule Act as a point of contact for finance queries, providing clear information to colleagues and external partners Maintain financial records and documentation, ensuring data is up to date and compliant with internal controls Invoice processing - including coding, matching and resolving discrepancies Preparing routine financial reports, summaries and reconciliations to support month end Monitor financial workflows, flagging issues such as missing approvals, incorrect coding or delayed submissions Carry out general finance administration, including data entry, filing and maintaining spreadsheets.
