What you’ll be doing

As a Care Assistant in our Greensleeves Care Home – The Manor, you will be working alongside a team of dedicated Care Assistants who support residents with their daily needs. Following resident care plans to ensure each resident receives person-centered care, support, and daily interaction. You will respect the dignity and preferences of our residents and help create an environment that is warm, welcoming and comfortable.

What you’ll need

Compassion and a forward-thinking attitude with exceptional communication skills. If you have these skills, you won’t require specific care knowledge as we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed. Above all, you’ll have real compassion for all our residents to deliver the highest standard of care. We welcome applications from HCA’s, Health Care Assistants, Support Workers and Domiciliary Carers.
