What We''re Looking For:

• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Have recent experience working within an Early Years setting in a primary school
• Be confident supporting children''s learning and development through play-based and structured activities
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

The Role:

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative learning activities
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and development
• Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
• Encourage children''s social, emotional, and educational development
• Assist with observations, assessments, and classroom preparation where required
