Role Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of learning needs, both inside and outside the classroom
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons across the primary curriculum
• Encourage independence, resilience, and positive behaviour through consistent and compassionate support
• Adapt resources and activities to suit individual learning styles and EHCP targets
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for each pupil

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with children in a school or educational setting (preferred but not essential)
• Be patient, empathetic, and proactive, with a genuine passion for supporting learning
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of SEND, safeguarding, and inclusive practice
• Possess excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
• Be eager to engage in ongoing training, collaborative working, and whole-school life
