About the Role:FinTech Horizon Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust web applications that power our next-generation financial platform. You will work closely with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.Salary and Benefits:Base Salary: 75,000 - 85,000 per annum (depending on experience)Performance Bonus: Up to 10% annual bonusBenefits: 28 days annual leave, private healthcare, company pension scheme, and flexible hybrid working options (2 days in the London office, 3 days remote).Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React.Js and Node.Js.Architect and implement efficient database schemas and RESTful APIs.Mentor junior developers and participate in constructive code reviews.Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.Requirements:5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.Js, and PostgreSQL.Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.Valid right to work in the United Kingdom. ..... full job details .....
