Job Description:On behalf of our clients, we are looking for an ambitious and personable individual join their team as a Lettings New Business Partner (Valuations Manager) across our Balham Lettings Hub.In this role you would be the primary Lettings Valuer for the Hub. You''ll be responsible for generating and winning new business to grow our Lettings Portfolio in the area. After identifying Landlords requirements, you''ll start to build a long-term relationship using effective people and communication skills while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
