Are you a talented engineer with a passion for food manufacturing and a can-do attitude? We''re looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our clients growing team based in Andover.
In this role, you''ll report directly to the Engineering Manager, playing a key part in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all production machinery. You''ll work across planned maintenance and respond to reactive breakdowns, helping to maintain full production capacity in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

What You''ll Be Doing:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a wide range of equipment
* Document all work completed, including faults, repairs, and parts used
* Respond rapidly to breakdowns, minimising downtime and ensuring production targets are met
* Identify and report issues that require escalation or further investigation
* Apply practical problem-solving to keep equipment running, even when parts may need adapting due to short lead times or tight production schedules

What We''re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a multi-skilled engineering role within the food or FMCG industry
* Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding ability
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive, adaptable approach with excellent communication skills
