Production Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Engineer to join a well-established manufacturer specialising in high-quality engineered security and access control solutions. This is a full-time, site-based role offering the opportunity to work within a fast-paced production environment focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

The Production Engineer will play a key role in supporting and improving manufacturing operations. Responsibilities will include overseeing production processes, developing efficient workflows, monitoring quality standards, and supporting production planning activities. The successful candidate will analyse production data, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Oversee and support daily production activities
• Develop and improve manufacturing workflows and processes
• Analyse production performance and identify efficiency improvements
• Support production planning and scheduling activities
• Ensure quality standards and operational procedures are maintained
• Work collaboratively with engineering, production, and quality teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business

• Experience in Production Engineering and production planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of quality control processes and manufacturing standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline preferred
• Experience within manufacturing or engineered products environments advantageous
