Harrow - Senior Social Worker - MASH Team - 38.50 p/h Umb Duties and Responsibilities: Working within a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) to manage incoming referrals. Screening and triaging safeguarding concerns, gathering information from partner agencies. Conducting risk assessments to determine appropriate thresholds and interventions. Making timely and effective safeguarding decisions. Working collaboratively with police, health, education, and other agencies. Ensuring accurate and timely case recording in line with statutory frameworks. Managing a fast-paced workload while maintaining high standards of practice.
