Your mission: drive revenue growth, expand market share, and lead a high-performing sales team across the region. This senior role holds full responsibility for the top-line agenda across key EMEA markets, focusing on best-in-class products widely used in pharmaceuticals, biotech, semiconductors, food and beverage, cosmetics, construction, and engineering.You ll lead a culturally diverse team across EMEA, reporting into the Global Commercial Director, and will be accountable for driving revenue, expanding into new markets, and increasing share in existing accounts.We re looking for a proven leader with a strong background in Sales Director, Head of Sales, or Business Development leadership roles ideally selling to OEMs, end users, or specifiers in sectors like cleanroom manufacturing, data centres, or industrial insulation. You ll be comfortable navigating complex sales environments, particularly where the buyer is a design engineer, EPC contractor, or similar.
