Search are currently recruiting for a number of HGV Class 1 drivers to work on behalf of our prestigious client based in Bradford. Initially there will be adhoc requirements but this position could become ongoing for the right candidate.Pay rates PAYE 20.00/h days 21.00/h nightsPay rates PAYE (inc. holiday pay): 22.411/h days 23.53/h nightsKey Responsibilities: Safely operate Class 1 vehicles with 12 months experience Conduct depot deliveries and collections, ensuring timely and efficient service. Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transport. Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members. Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary.Requirements: Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving license, CPC, Tacho card. Experience in general haulage and able to strap A clean driving record with no major endorsements. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
