Risk and Compliance Support (Wealth Management) Location: Oxfordshire (2 days per week onsite, 2 remote) Contract: 3 months contract Start Date: ASAP Role details:We are seeking a hands-on Risk and Compliance professional to support the Head of Compliance in strengthening and embedding the firm''s risk management framework. This role requires enhancement and regulatory review activity. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting remediation programmes, enhancing risk and control frameworks, and ensuring robust governance processes are in place. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, driving actions through to completion, and working closely with stakeholders across the business. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head of Compliance with the ongoing development and enhancement of the firm''s risk management framework.Assist in tracking and remediating findings from regulatory reviews and internal assessments.Maintain and enhance risk and control libraries, ensuring documentation remains fit for purpose and up to date.Coordinate and monitor risk actions, ensuring timely delivery and effective closure.Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, assess and mitigate operational and regulatory risks.Support FCA-related compliance activities and governance requirements.Help embed a strong risk and controls culture across the organisation.Provide practical guidance and support to business teams, helping stakeholders ..... full job details .....
