HR Manager My client are seeking a Part Time HR Manager to oversee and manage comprehensive HR functions in their organisation. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, HR administration, policy compliance, performance management, training and development, and employee relations support. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement across all HR processes, ensuring alignment with current legislation and HR best practices all within a stand-alone role. Working 30hrs across 5 days a week based in the office. Day-to-day of the role: Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment process from advertising to onboarding, including direct sourcing, agency relations, and preparing employment documents. HR Administration and HRIS: Maintain accurate employee records, manage data and compliance, and administer attendance and leave records. Policy and Compliance: Ensure consistent application of company policies, support managerial procedures, and monitor compliance with employment laws and GDPR. Performance Management: Coordinate the Performance Management System, track objectives, and support managers in performance documentation. Training and Development: Oversee training records, coordinate training programmes, and support development initiatives.
