What You Will Be Doing
As a Group Parts Manager / Parts Manager / Parts Operations Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing all parts sales operations across three sites for internal and external customers
- Leading, coaching and mentoring Parts Supervisors, Advisors and Delivery Drivers to maximise sales and exceed customer expectations as an experienced Parts Manager
- Delivering parts sales objectives across all channels including front counter retail, authorised repairers and key accounts
- Conducting stock checks, cost control and audits to ensure cost-effective operations
- Developing and standardising processes to ensure consistent, high quality service delivery across all sites
- Overseeing compliance training, new starter inductions and multi-skilling requirements as a Group Parts Manager
Pay and Benefits
- £45,(Apply online only)+ per year depending on experience
- OTE £49,500+ including targeted bonus

What You Will Need
To be considered as a Group Parts Manager, Parts Manager or Parts Operations Manager you will need:
- Proven experience as a Group Parts Manager, Parts Manager or senior parts professional within a large-scale parts department
- Previous people management experience within a parts or commercial vehicle environment
- Strong organisational, communication and time management skills
- Commitment to compliance, quality assurance and safety standards
