What You Will Be Doing

As a Group Parts Manager / Parts Manager / Parts Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

• Managing all parts sales operations across three sites for internal and external customers
• Leading, coaching and mentoring Parts Supervisors, Advisors and Delivery Drivers to maximise sales and exceed customer expectations as an experienced Parts Manager
• Delivering parts sales objectives across all channels including front counter retail, authorised repairers and key accounts
• Conducting stock checks, cost control and audits to ensure cost-effective operations
• Developing and standardising processes to ensure consistent, high quality service delivery across all sites
• Overseeing compliance training, new starter inductions and multi-skilling requirements as a Group Parts Manager

What You Will Need

To be considered as a Group Parts Manager, Parts Manager or Parts Operations Manager you will need:

• Proven experience as a Group Parts Manager, Parts Manager or senior parts professional within a large-scale parts department
• Previous people management experience within a parts or commercial vehicle environment
• Strong organisational, communication and time management skills
• Commitment to compliance, quality assurance and safety standards
