We''re seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Support Co-ordinator to join our team to provide comprehensive support to a dedicated and successful nationwide Sales Team, managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to conversion into live engineering works and supporting projects through to completion. The role includes coordinating sales administration, maintaining internal systems, preparing technical and commercial documentation, supporting tender submissions, and ensuring effective project handover from Sales to Operations. Responsibilities Provide sales support to the Telecoms and IBN Sales department. Manage incoming leads and distribute them within agreed SLAs. Arrange client appointments and support quotation activities. Follow up submitted quotations and maintain customer communications throughout the sales cycle. Maintain CRM and all relevant business management systems. Organise and collate job packs for engineering and delivery teams. Assist with quantity take-offs, technical submissions, tender support and contract preparation. Prepare comprehensive Sales Handover packs containing commercial, technical, program and customer requirements. Coordinate formal project handovers from Sales to Operations, ensuring all stakeholders have the required information for successful delivery.
