A large property developer are looking for an experience Customer Service Coordinator to join their team to deliver excellent customer service & maintain their 5* customer satisfaction rating

You will need to have worked for either a housing association working with defects or for a housing developer in a customer service role. We

Day to day duties:

• Being the main point of contact for the home owners
• Updating the CRM system logging defects or closing them down
• Complaint management
• Booking in engineers to carry out work in the propertys
• Logging issues & escalating them to the management team
• Working closely with the customer service team
• Reporting in the customer service manager
