Based in Gloucester you''ll be handling local and national work and the firm remain busy year after year. You''ll be a truly passionate fee earner who values exceptional service. Handling a variety of sale and purchase transactions with the support and supervision of an experienced, qualified Fee Earner and supported by wider team of Fee Earners, Paralegals and Legal Assistants, responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) handling your own caseload of sale and purchase files under supervision, updating clients and introducers on the progress of matters, raising and responding to enquiries, interrogating responses and providing detailed reports to clients as well as dealing with pre-exchange and completion issues. You will have knowledge of the sales, purchase and re-mortgage process and be comfortable running a mixed caseload of files with appropriate supervision. The successful candidate must possess a GCSE pass at grade C or above in English and Maths. A law degree (ideally 2:1 or above) or an equivalent law qualification is highly desirable but not necessarily a barrier to employment.
