Known for delivering high-quality construction projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, they are seeking a Quality and Environmental Manager to join their growing team in London.This is a key strategic role responsible for managing and improving the company’s quality and environmental management systems. You’ll ensure projects are delivered in line with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and best practice, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) management systemsConduct audits, inspections, and site visits to ensure compliance with internal and external standardsSupport project teams in developing and implementing quality and environmental plansInvestigate non-conformances and drive root cause analysis and corrective actionsProvide training and guidance to staff and subcontractors on best practiceLiaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies where requiredContribute to sustainability and environmental initiatives across the businessReport on KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiativesRequirements:Proven experience in a Quality and/or Environmental management role within the construction industryStrong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standardsExperience conducting audits and leading compliance processesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsWorking knowledge of construction processes, ideally within a main contracting environmentWhat’s on Offer:Highly competitive salary and packageModern office environment in Old Street, City of LondonA genuine opportunity for long-term career progression within a top-tier contractorExposure to landmark projects across central London
