Your new company Hays are recruiting for an experienced ASB / Neighbourhood Officer on a temporary ongoing basis in the Stoke-on-Trent area. Your new role Key Duties:Investigate reports of anti-social behaviour and nuisance complaints.Engage with residents, witnesses, and partner agencies to gather evidence and resolve issues.Develop and implement action plans to address ASB cases effectively.Prepare case files and documentation for legal proceedings where necessary.Promote community safety and deliver preventative initiatives.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.Skills and Experience:Strong communication and negotiation skills.Knowledge of ASB legislation and enforcement processes.Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively with stakeholders.Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.What you''ll need to succeed In order to be considered for the role, you must have proven experience in a similar role and a full clean driving licence.
