NRL’s client is seeking a

Commercial Manager

to lead all commercial activities on the £120M enabling works package of a £6Bn regeneration project. You will manage a regional commercial team in

Enfield London , oversee procurement and supply chain engagement, and drive financial performance across this flagship infrastructure project.Responsibilities

Lead all commercial activities on the project and ensure alignment with programme milestones and budget.Manage the regional commercial team and provide leadership across procurement, contract administration, and commercial governance.Oversee procurement strategies, supplier engagement, contract administration, valuations, and final accounts.Monitor financial performance, risk, and opportunity management to optimise project value.Qualifications

Formal qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial ManagementProven experience managing commercial functions on large-scale infrastructure projectsStrong working knowledge of NEC contracts (essential)Track record of leading teams and overseeing procurement, valuations, and final accountsChartered status (RICS/ICES/CICES) or working towards chartershipBenefits
