Foot Mobile Maintenance Technician FM Service Provider London Portfolio (Zones 1 and 2) £42,000 £45,000 A great opportunity has arisen to join a respected, FM service provider operating across central London. 360 Recruitment are seeking an MandE Foot Mobile Technician to cover a portfolio of commercial buildings across Zones 1 and 2.This role is perfect for an engineer with a Level 2 qualification (CandG/NVQ) in a mechanical, electrical, or building services discipline, and experience working within commercial maintenance environments. You ll be part of a supportive team, visiting multiple sites on foot to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of mechanical and electrical plant.The role offers a competitive salary between £42,000 and £45,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus overtime, pension, and further training opportunities.
