Do you have experience supporting children who require behavioural or emotional support?

A welcoming Specialist School in Earley is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team as soon as possible. The successful Behaviour Mentor will support pupils with SEMH needs, ADHD, autism, and challenging behaviour.

This Behaviour Mentor role will involve:
* Providing 1:1 behavioural support for pupils
* Encouraging emotional regulation strategies
* Building strong relationships with students
* Supporting pupils during classroom activities
* Working collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff
* ASAP start with good transport connections

The ideal Behaviour Mentor will have experience in education, youth work, care, or mentoring.

The school offers every Behaviour Mentor ongoing support, SEN training, and opportunities for progression.
