Job Description
Optima Site Solutions is currently looking for an experienced Data Centre Site Manager to oversee and coordinate site activities on technically complex, mission-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily site operations, engineers and subcontractors.

Coordinate M&E, HVAC and commissioning activities.
-
Monitor project progress, quality and safety standards.

Prepare and manage RAMS, permits and toolbox talks.

Attend site meetings and report progress to the Project Manager.

Ensure all works are completed safely and on schedule.
Job Requirements

Valid SMSTS (SSSTS may be considered).
-
First Aid at Work certificate.
-
Valid CSCS Card.
-
Previous experience as a Site Manager on construction, M&E or commissioning projects.

Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures.
-
Good communication, organisational and IT skills.
-
Data centre experience preferred.
-
HVAC and commissioning experience desirable.
