Retail Team Manager

Location: Oxford (City Centre)
Salary: up to -30,000 + excellent monthly bonus

We''re looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to support the leadership of a busy retail store. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused retail professional who enjoys developing teams, driving sales and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, and Deputy Manager you will:

• Drive sales through excellent customer service and team performance.
• Support the recruitment, coaching and development of colleagues.
• Lead by example and inspire the team to deliver outstanding results.
• Ensure high standards across stock control, security, administration and health & safety.
• Promote loyalty initiatives, new launches and store promotions.
• Provide regular feedback and support colleagues to achieve their goals.
• Help deliver store targets and key business objectives.

About You

• Previous retail management experience at Supervisor level or above.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Passionate about customer service and retail.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Organised, adaptable and commercially aware.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
