The role of a Senior Production Engineer will include:

• Provide practical, hands-on technical support for escalated engineering issues in semiconductor wafer manufacturing
• Lead the rollout of new process equipment and drive continuous improvement projects
• Collaborate with internal development teams and suppliers on tooling updates and design modifications
• Ensure safe working practices and compliance with EH&S requirements, including PUWER and CE marking
• Manage equipment commissioning activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), FAT/SAT testing, and process validation
• Promote process excellence through methods such as Lean and Six Sigma

The ideal Senior Production Engineer should have the following skills and experience:

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven background in semiconductor or  wafer manufacturing
• Skilled in diagnosing and repairing high-spec equipment, managing vendor maintenance schedules, and quickly identifying faults
• Experience in regulated industries, working with Quality Control processes and validation systems
• Confident in working with technical documentation, including specifications, work instructions, and validation reports
