Behaviour Mentor Lambeth September 2026 Start Full-Time Long-Term and Permanent Opportunities Available Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome barriers to learning? We are working with a number of inclusive and supportive secondary schools across Lambeth seeking dedicated Behaviour Mentors to provide targeted support to students who require additional behavioural, emotional and pastoral guidance. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Behaviour Mentors, Teaching Assistants, Youth Workers, Support Workers, Sports Coaches and graduates looking to gain valuable experience within education. The Role As a Behaviour Mentor, you will: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students who require additional behavioural or emotional support Build positive and trusting relationships with students to encourage engagement and progress Support students in developing positive behaviour, resilience and confidence Work alongside teachers and pastoral teams to implement behaviour support strategies Help students overcome barriers to learning and improve attendance and engagement Support students during lessons, breaktimes and other key points throughout the school day Promote a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour targets The Ideal Candidate We are looking for individuals who: Have experience working with young people in education, youth work, mentoring, care or support ..... full job details .....
