Service Delivery Manager - 3 Month FTC

Birmingham, three days per week on site
£40,000- £45,000 pro rata + £5,000 car allowance

We''re recruiting a Service Delivery Manager for a Birmingham based technology business on an initial three month fixed term contract.

The business requires someone who can quickly take ownership of customer relationships and day to day service delivery. You''ll manage a portfolio of customers, lead service reviews and ensure issues, risks and improvement actions are properly managed through to resolution.

The initial contract is for three months, with the possibility of being extended to six months and potentially developing into a full time permanent position.

Key responsibilities:

Managing customer relationships across a portfolio of services
Leading service reviews and governance meetings
Monitoring SLAs, KPIs and overall service performance
Owning incidents, problems, risks and escalations
Using service data to identify issues and drive improvements
Acting as the customer''s voice across internal delivery teams
Supporting conversations around service changes, renewals and growth
Ensuring services meet contractual and ITIL expectations

We''re looking for someone with:

Experience as a Service Delivery Manager within IT, technology or Managed Services
Strong customer and senior stakeholder management skills
Practical knowledge of ITIL and service governance
Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, incidents and service improvements
The confidence to handle difficult conversations and hold delivery teams accountable
Commercial awareness and an understanding of cost to serve

This is a hands on Service Delivery role requiring three days per week on site in Birmingham.
