With an excellent reputation for quality, customer satisfaction and delivering well-designed developments, the business is looking to strengthen its site delivery team with an experienced Housing Site Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager who has a strong background in volume housebuilding and is used to managing busy, fast-paced developments from groundworks through to completion. The Role As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the highest possible standards. You will coordinate subcontractors and trades, manage build programmes, maintain health and safety standards and work closely with the wider technical and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery.
