Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  Minimum 1 year experience as a Head Chef, Chef Manager, or similar

  Background in contract catering, education, healthcare, or public sector roles

  Strong understanding of allergens, special diets, stock control, and food safety

  Ability to manage a small team and run day-to-day kitchen operations

  Excellent communication and organisational skills

  Own whites, knives, and safety shoes
