Permanent People Strategy Change and Communications Lead (18m FTC) Be-Resourcing is proud to support our client, a forward-thinking legal firm with a strong global presence, in their search for a dynamic People Strategy Change and Communications Lead. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of the People Strategy across the organisation. As part of a recently established HR Business Strategy team, you will collaborate closely with HR colleagues and key stakeholders, ensuring cohesive communication and a smooth transition during change initiatives. This position offers the flexibility of hybrid working and is based in one of our client''s multiple UK office locations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement change management strategies to support the People Strategy. Identify potential risks and resistance to change, crafting effective mitigation plans. Assess the impact of change on various groups within the organisation. Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to ensure clear, consistent messaging. Develop engaging content for emails, intranet, and presentations. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to align internal and external communication efforts. Provide regular updates and feedback to senior leadership regarding the People Strategy''s progress. Work alongside the comms team to ensure alignment of messaging.
