A respected and growing planning consultancy is seeking a motivated Graduate Town Planner to join their dynamic team. The Opportunity
As a Graduate Town Planner, you will gain hands-on experience supporting senior planners on a variety of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You''ll be involved in all aspects of the planning process, giving you a strong foundation to develop your professional career.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
- Conducting site appraisals and planning research
- Supporting the preparation of planning statements and reports
- Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients
- Monitoring planning policy changes and assessing their impact on projects
About You
- Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI accredited preferred)
- Achieved A-B grades at A-Level (or equivalent)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
