You will help the pupil access learning, follow routines, engage with classroom activities, and feel secure throughout the school day, while feeding back clearly to the class teacher and SENCO. Schools are expected to use a graduated approach to SEND support, and SEN teaching assistants help children with disabilities and special educational needs access learning more effectively.The Candidate: You are patient, observant, and able to build trust through routine, consistency, and clear communication.
