Would you like to use your experience to contribute to the strategic direction of an exciting organisation, responsible for the education of over 1000 children, whilst broadening your Board-level experience? We are seeking to appoint a new Trustee with a strong equality and diversity skills and understanding. Illuminate Minds is a multi-academy trust formed in 2015 when our two founding schools came together and our collaboration has gone from strength to strength. Each of our schools has its own unique set of characteristics but there is a "golden elastic" which binds them together in a common goal of "Excellence Every Day" whilst allowing them to develop their own individual community ethos.
