We are seeking a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor with a strong background in both residential and commercial property law. Day-to-day of the role: Handle a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions. Provide expert legal advice on non-contentious property law matters. Draft, review, and negotiate property documents and contracts. Liaise with clients, providing high-quality legal consultation and maintaining strong client relationships. Supervise junior solicitors and support staff within the conveyancing department. Stay updated with changes in property law and conveyancing practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor in the UK with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential and commercial conveyancing.
