In this role, you''ll be the go-to person who helps things run smoothly, giving our social work teams the space and structure they need to focus on what matters most: protecting and supporting vulnerable children and families. Working Style: You''ll be based in the Borough for at least 4 days a week, playing a key role in serving the local community. Whether you''re working on the frontline or behind the scenes, you''ll be part of a dedicated team making a real difference to residents'' lives. What you''ll be doing: As a Team Coordinator, you''ll play a vital role in supporting our frontline children''s social work teams. From preparing meeting papers and drafting correspondence to minute-taking and keeping case files updated, you''ll be involved in the detail that keeps our service running efficiently. You''ll regularly interact with families and professionals, whether welcoming people at reception or managing transport and accommodation bookings. You''ll use your strong organisational skills to maintain accurate records that help our teams work with clarity and confidence.
