Our client is seeking a proactive Employee Relations Partner who will be a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and navigating the complexities of ER case work. If you''re passionate about shaping the employee experience, driving positive change within an organisation and handling complex casework with confidence, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive advice on disciplinary actions, grievances, absence management, and restructures, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws.Work closely with managers and stakeholders to build strong working relationships, offering coaching and training.Review and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practice and supporting change initiatives.Lead on complex grievances, disciplinaries, and restructures, providing expert advice and oversight.Handle ACAS conciliation, prepare ET1 claims, and represent the organisation at Employment Tribunal hearings.What we''re looking for:Proven experience in leading complex ER casework within a fast-paced environment.Demonstrable experience in representing at employment tribunals and leading ACAS engagements.Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and best practises.Strong ..... full job details .....
