Property LawyerJob Type: Full-timeLocation: GloucesterSalary: Depending on experienceWe are seeking a Property Lawyer with a strong background in residential conveyancing to manage a mixed caseload including freehold, leasehold, new builds, and help to buy transactions. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with at least 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) who is skilled in client relationship management and has a keen eye for detail.Day-to-day of the role:Advise and liaise with clients and referral partners on ongoing matters.Manage ongoing cases efficiently to ensure smooth transactions.Maintain strong client relationships and manage client expectations effectively.Engage in networking and business development activities to ensure continuous work flows.Produce all fees to meet monthly and year-end targets.Attend team meetings and contribute to the team''s objectives.Keep files well-organised and properly updated in line with company standards.Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.Required Skills and Qualifications:2+ years PQE in handling residential property transactions.Experience with lease extensions, deeds of variation, shared ownership, equity release, and small development setups is advantageous.Proficient in using multiple systems for data collation and analysis.High level of attention to detail and an enquiring mind.Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Strong interpersonal skills and ..... full job details .....
