An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a reputable workshop located in Basingstoke, Hampshire!

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

• Competitive basic salary up to £45,000 depending on experience
• Uncapped OTE, typically circa £5,000+
• Monday to Friday working pattern with stable workshop hours
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays
• Strong overtime availability, particularly on busy Saturdays
• Opportunity to support MOT preparation; MOT Tester licence is beneficial, and training may be available
• Well-established, high-volume workshop environment

Duties:

• Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
• MOT Testing
• Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
• Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest standards

Requirements:

• A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• A Current and Valid UK Driving License
• Dedicated and committed approach.
• Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.
• Your own Vehicle Technician tools

The salary for this role is up to £45,000 basic with OTE of £50,000.

Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are 8:30am – 6:30pm, Monday - Friday
