With a reputation for excellence, precision, and service, they support some of the world''s leading OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and defence contractors. They are now looking to appoint an Inside Sales Representative to transact business with customers submitting incoming sales enquiries. Key Responsibilities:To be the primary point of contact for inside sales coverage, responding to incoming enquiries from prospects and existing customers.Respond promptly and professionally to RFQ''s and other forms of incoming enquiries to service customer needs in a speedy, efficient manner. Prepare and submit quotes, pricing proposals and give information on immediate parts availability and lead times. Work closely with business development, procurement and operations teams to convert inbound opportunities into long-term customer relationships. Use internal ERP and CRM systems to effectively manage and report on incoming sales activity. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within sales processes. Key Skills:Have proven experience in an inside sales, customer service or sales support role preferably working customers from the aerospace, defence or a closely related sector.
