This permanent Service Advisor position would suit someone with experience in the commercial vehicle industry, motor trade or a related sector who is confident delivering excellent customer service and coordinating workshop activities.As a Service Advisor, you will play an important role in ensuring the workshop operates efficiently, managing service bookings, preparing estimates and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
