Regional Operations Manager Location: Newcastle upon Tyne / Sunderland Salary: From £48,000 per annum, dependent on experience Working Pattern: Full-time, office/field based Sector: Property Management and Lettings About the Role On behalf of my client, I am seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to take responsibility for the operational performance of a regional property portfolio. This is a senior leadership role, managing and developing a team of Senior Property Managers and Property Managers while ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance, resident satisfaction and operational performance. The successful candidate will be confident leading teams, managing performance, identifying operational improvements and working collaboratively across maintenance, compliance, lettings and finance functions. Key Responsibilities Lead the operational performance of a regional property portfolio. Manage, coach and develop Property Managers and Senior Property Managers. Monitor KPIs, service levels, compliance and overall operational performance. Ensure statutory property compliance requirements are met. Oversee escalated resident complaints and complex tenancy matters. Manage contractor and supplier performance. Conduct property inspections and operational reviews.
