These students have experienced various forms of disruption in their early lives, which often present as strong behavioural challenges and a mistrust of authority figures.Class sizes are small (maximum of 10 students) and individual ability levels vary depending on personal circumstances. The successful Maths Teacher will bring creativity, structure and patience into the classroom, delivering Maths in a way that builds confidence, resilience and real-life problem-solving skills, while maintaining a calm and consistent approach to behaviour management.
