Key Care and Support are looking for a skilled and values- driven Team Leader for " Sammy " a 26 year old man to enable him to live a meaningful, active and fulfilling life, while leading a staff team to deliver high quality, person-centred support. Sammy has a great sense of pride in his appearance and a wide range of interests. He responds well to positive relationships, encouragement and consistency. Sammy enjoys staying active, spending time in the community and taking part in social activities such as live music events, discos and karaoke nights. As Team Leader you will pay a key role in both direct support and leadership. You will be responsible for developing and guiding the team to deliver support that is person- centred, proactive and grounded in positive behaviour support ( PBS) principles. This includes: Ensuring support is proactive, respectful and focused on quality of life.
