There are very few Customer Service Apprenticeships in the motor industry and the BMW programme is regarded as being the leader in delivering the ultimate customer experience.As part of the apprenticeship, you''ll receive comprehensive training across two key Aftersales areas: Parts and Service. You''ll begin your journey in the Parts department, building a strong foundation of product and process knowledge.
