T-SQUARED Validair provides contamination control testing, qualification, and GMP compliance services globally for clients in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, and healthcare.The successful candidate will deliver qualification and compliance work across the UK and occasionally overseas. Responsibilities include preparing documentation and conducting on-site validation, with opportunities to develop expertise in a supportive environment as we expand our consultancy services.What You’ll Be Doing:Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growthLead business development and manage client relationshipsPrepare proposals and presentations tailored to client needsDeliver on-site consultancy servicesImprove CQV processes and systems for efficiency and complianceManage and train staff as the consultancy team growsWhat We Are Looking For:Strong technical background in validation or complianceExperience with qualification projects in cleanrooms or controlled environmentsSupport in developing or delivering validation documentation (URs, RTMs, VMPs)Knowledge of ISO 14644 standards and cleanroom classificationExperience with DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ protocols for cleanrooms or contamination control equipmentUnderstanding of GMP principles and EU GMP guidelinesKnowledge of cleanroom environments, containment systems, and GMP complianceProactive, organized, and collaborative attitudeDegree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fieldFull UK driving licenseWhy Join T-SQUARED:Make a Real Impact:
