This part time role supports a business with a headcount of 40-42 employees, primarily based in Carrickfergus and Bath. The successful candidate will work mostly independently, managing HR operations for both sites, while reporting to EMEA HR Lead and liaising with US-based leadership to deliver strategic and operational HR support across two legal jurisdictions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage recruitment processes across Carrickfergus and Bath sitesDevelop and maintain employee engagement initiatives and track HR KPIs globally (eg labour turnover, engagement scores)Manage Front End payroll processes: gather internal changes (eg sick leave, salary adjustments, maternity leave), liaise with external payroll providers, approve payroll, and collaborate with finance to ensure timely paymentsOversee contractor payroll and contribute to month-end reportingEnsure compliance with local employment legislation, including Equality Commission requirementsSupport onboarding and offboarding processesAct as a key HR point of contact for employees and managersProvide strategic HR ..... full job details .....
