Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a-HVAC Engineer-to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a-HVAC Engineer-who wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.

The-HVAC Engineer,-will be responsible for:

• Maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores in Manchester
• Deliver the highest level of service for the client, answering queries and keeping them informed of site activities
• Oversee planned PPM and compliance works
• Assist contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time
• Effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required

To be successful for this HVAC Engineer role you must have:

• Qualified at a City & Guilds level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration/HVAC, along with Commercial Gas tickets with experience-within a maintenance / facilities management environment
• Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and ability to apply this to the role
• Hold a full UK driving licence
