Proactive Global currently is looking for a Mechanical Assembler Supervisor to join one of our customers based in Slough - SL1. 42k per annumCroydon-CR4 Your daily duties will include:Lead and manage the mechanical assembly team, providing hands-on support during peak periods or to resolve issues.Use data and production metrics to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.Ensure all assembly processes comply with company standards and safety regulations.Develop, coach, and mentor team members to improve skills and performance.Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to optimize assembly processes.Maintain accurate production, quality, and safety documentation and reports.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Ensure a safe, organized, and clean work environment.Qualifications:Proven experience in mechanical assembly with a strong track record in supervisory or team lead roles.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse production metrics and implement actionable solutions.Hands-on approach with the flexibility to assist the team on the floor as needed.Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings and specifications.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Knowledge of health and safety standards in manufacturing environments.Relevant technical qualification or apprenticeship preferred.Benefits:Competitive salaryHealth and dental insurancePaid time ..... full job details .....
